Happy Halloween!

Happy Halloween everybody! I am so excited to take Zaida on her first Halloween outing tonight. Here's a pretty obvious hint as to what Zaida is dressing up as:



And here's a photo of Zaida at her cousin's birthday party yesterday. It was a superhero theme so I made a Super Zaida onesie and my sister in law Stephanie made capes for all the kids at the party. It even had a pink Z on the back!



I have some great stuff heading to the blog this week including Stephen & Susana's wedding and the first part of the mini sessions. Have a great Halloween, everybody!

Meghan's McKinney Bridal Session

Now that Meghan and Fritz are married, I can show you Meghan's bridal session! Her dress is absolutely amazing and looks like it was made for her. We shot these a couple of weeks ago the Sunday it was pouring buckets of rain. But we still rocked it out. Take a look:





















































Thanks for looking! I hope everybody has a great weekend. I normally tell you what I am going to be doing this weekend, but guess what? A whole bunch of NOTHING! Okay, maybe that's not true. We will be going to our nephew's fourth birthday party, and I will also be editing. But otherwise, I think I might actually get some downtime. Maybe. :)

Jill & Houston - Relaxed Allen Family Session

Jill contacted me toward the end of August about setting up a portrait session for her and her son Houston. She told me it was in honor of her birthday and it was the one thing she really wanted. We were finally able to get together at the beginning of October on a lovely, slightly less hot day. I loved watching Jill and Houston interact; you can really tell they have a great relationship! They were both as nice as could be and we had a great time. Here are a few of my favorite images.

Meghan & Fritz Wedding Sneak Peek

Saturday I shot Meghan & Fritz's wedding at Lakewood Theater. Here's a few preview shots. I also posted some previews of Meghan's bridal session on facebook, and I will be posting the full session here in a couple of days.

Jennifer & Brice's McKinney Military Engagement Session

Okay, after a while you might start to get suspicious, because you see post after post of incredibly good looking people on my blog. I promise you, these are real, everyday people just like you and me but my clients truly are just THAT good looking. Jennifer and Brice are no exception. These two sweet kids are newly engaged and so in love. Just being around them you can tell how comfortable they are with one another. They are also living the all too common story of a girl at home with her soldier stationed overseas. I was so glad to be able to photograph them while Brice was home, so that they could have these photos together to bridge the gap until he's back again!

I mega loved this session and had a hard time narrowing down my favorites to blog, so it's a big one. Enjoy!
