A few things I am thankful for right now:

- The fact my Father is now out of the army and on his way back to Texas right now!
- Beautiful orange and yellow fall leaves.
- Tofurkey
- All of my awesome clients.
- Everybody who loves me. :)

Beautiful sample album - great for bridals, engagements.. really anything!

I wanted to show off this gorgeous album I got as a sample. I knew I wanted an album of Amy's bridals, and a photographer friend called my attention to how perfect this particular cover choice was to go with Amy's amazing green dress bridal session. It's a 5x7 album that's as well built as the heirloom flushmount albums, except the prints are individually mounted. Check it out!











There are a variety of shapes and sizes to these albums and they're a nice, more economical alternative to the flush mount albums. If you're interested in knowing more, just ask!

Winter wedding inspiration from Etsy!

Down here in Texas, we don't get the white fairy-tale snow-filled holidays. If we do get cold precipitation, it comes as two inches of nasty ice and slush. However, that doesn't mean we can't pretend with some gorgeous winter-inspired wedding goodies from one of my favorite places.. Etsy!




This gorgeous headband from seller JMG Jewel Design reminds me of a snowflake.


This faux fur stole will keep you warm and toasty with a definite 40's glamor! From seller Candace Designs, who also sells other wedding related goodies.



Seller Timeless Paper sells these delicate snowflake shaped place cards. They are folded so they will stand up on their own. Pretty cool (literally? hehe!).



These adorable snowflake charm bracelets from seller Vintage Girl Dezigns would make great bridesmaid's gifts.



Seller Sunbasilgarden has lots of wintery handmade soaps that would make great favors. Cute AND practical!

Jayme & Matt's Victorian Goth Halloween Wedding - The Finale

Hello all! Sorry for the delay but here is part three of Jayme & Matt's awesome Halloween wedding!

First, some of the details:



Jayme and Matt DIY'd a lot of their impressive details.


I was absolutely crazy for the adorable cakes! Perfect for Halloween.




There was a bit of a zombie theme through out the wedding - including talking about them in the ceremony. Jayme had this portrait commissioned and I think it is super cool.








Making it legal!




There were lots of great costumes.




Not all of the cake layers were actual cake, some were Styrofoam (smart money saving tip!) but Jayme couldn't remember which was which. So the first cut was straight through Styrofoam. Pretty funny!

Jayme & Matt's Victorian Goth Halloween Wedding - Part Two!

Onto part two of the goodies! Jayme and Matt held both their ceremony and their reception at Times Ten Cellars in Dallas. All of the guests were asked to dress in their Halloween finest! You will get to see some great costumes in the next post.
