Until, some time later... she was browsing ebay, as she often did, and what to her wondering eyes did appear? The shoes that she had thought would never be hers, in her size, for a quarter of the original price! The girl's heart beat wildly. She placed her bid, and watched the auction with great anticipation. Then the day finally came. She had won the shoes! The girl danced in glee!*
*This is a totally true fact.
These... are the shoes.

I hope you enjoyed that personal, very touching bit of history. I hope it moved you as it moved me. :)
All silliness aside, it is an AMAZING day outside. I just had to take some pictures, so that's why I busted out my favorite shoes on the planet and played around outside. I had the window open, so I could bring some fresh air inside, and Harley was sitting watching me. She was rather upset that I was outside, and she was inside, trapped behind the evil 30 year old screen. (Our house is vintage, we're cool like that.)

I hope you are all having a wonderful week so far!

Those shoes are adorable! Now I'm probably off to get sidetracked looking for shoes.
How FUN! If I ever make it out your way, I'm borrowing :)
Very cool shoes! So fun! I think reading your blog just might convince me to break one of my two pairs of heels. :)
Wow, those are one seriously cool pair of shoes. I see them coming out on Halloween for starters! Isn't karma good sometimes ;)
